Hello, a while ago I noticed that I had a dark spot on the bottom of my toe but I thought nothing of it until a second one appeared beneath it. The spots look almost like birth marks and I thought maybe the shoes I was wearing were cutting into my toe. However, recently a third spot appeared and just now I noticed that the spots have started to open up and now look like actual holes. I'm not sure what they are or if it is a fungus, please help because I do not know if this is serious or what actions I should take.

is it a dried blood blister? if it bothers you, have it checked by a podiatrist. he/she can shave some of the outer skin to see how deep the spots are and take a biopsy if necessary.
