TOENAIL FUNGUS

Is there any cure's for toenail fungus? I have it on my two big toes only for over 10 years (?) but whatever. Also, is it bad to wear fake toenails over fungus infected toes? One of them has a greenish color to it after I take the fake nail off.
But at the same time it (fake nails) seems to keep the nails a bit dryer which is good for toenail fungus right?

No question about it .......I WILL NOW FOREVER WEAR THE FAKE NAILS BECAUSE THE FUNGUS IS SOOOOOOOOO UGLY AND EMBARASSING!!!!

green color is a sign of a psuedomonas infection.  this bug likes warm wet environments.  i wouldn't wear fake nails.  have the nails removed by a podiatrist and apply tea tree oil on the toe daily until the nail regrows.  if the nail grows back but lifts off the skin, the nail bed is damaged.  this overhang allows the nail to harbor more fungus.
if this is the case, you are better off having the toenails removed and the roots destroyed so the nail doesn't regrow.
