Type of cyst

When i was y0unger i had 1 cyst oN my foOt.. Every year my cyst getting bigger and painful..I noticed that cyst spread on my upper foot.I had 5 cyst all over my right foot and 1 big cyst on my knee. Are these kind of cyst dangerour?Please help me.

this could be a lipoma, ganglion, fibroma, or other cyst.
i would have this aspirated and sent to pathology to make sure it is benign.
sometimes, an MRI can also help evaluate the contents of the cyst and evaluate for invasion into the surrounding tissue.
then, go from there as to wether or not it needs to be removed.
