Unknown foot infection?

Hi, I have what appears to be very raw skin on the bottom of my feet, I'm not sure if it's anything to do with my verrucas I've had for 5 years (my doctor said he couldn't treat them and I've tried all the treatments out there...). I thought it was athletes foot but after using athletes foot cream with no succession I ruled that out, I've had the problem for about 4 months now... If you could shed some light on it I'd be very grateful, here's a link to a photo of the problem... http://img6.imageshack.us/img6/3063/photo0324e.jpg

you have a bad case of miliary warts. i would go see a dermatoligist to have this lazered off.
in the interim, try drying them out.  soak your feet in epson salts and water and wipe them with stridex pads daily until you can get them removed.
keep your feet dry and change your socks several times daily.  avoid creams.
