big toe pain

i have an in-grown toe nail, and i was wondering if there is anything that i can do about it.

cut the corners with some clippers and try to lift it up with a toothpick.  sometimes that will do the trick.  if not, have a podiatrist remove it for you.

See a podiatrist.  S/He can alleviate your pain and keep the nail from growing into the skin again.  I have had both great toes helped in this way.
