blue toes

I allways have freezing cold legs and feet but just recently my toes have started turning blue, more so on my left foot. My little toe on my left foot is the worst, it sometimes is almost black. I have just started to develop a raised bump on my foot just before the toe, the toe goes blue after the bump, and just before the bump i now have a small indent in my foot which isn't disappearing

Any ideas as to what could be wrong?

You will need to get this bump examined and possibly biopsied to see if this is a tumor.  It sounds like you have small vascular diseases or possibly even Raynaud's disease.
How is your circulation?  You should be examined by a vascular surgeon to find the underlying cause for the blue toes.
