burning sensation on top of foot
i`ve been getting like a sunburn feeling on top of the middle of my foot. ( both feet)  it will burn alot then slowwly go away last about 1 minute and it happens like 4 or 5 times a day

you are experiencing nerve pain (neuritis).  this can occur from trauma, medication, tight fitting shoes,,,or can occur when sitting with legs crossed.
you may also want to check if you have diabetes...this can also cause burning sensations to the feet.
