I had a bone cut down because of this corn I have had all my life.  Shoes hurt after an hr.  they put a pin n so the toe would not get out of place.  It had to be removed because I hit something and it bent.  This has been seven weeks and it is much larger than the other toes.  Makes me feel I will never be able to wear cute shoes.  What can I do to get this toe small like it use to be.

have your doctor x-ray the toe to make sure you didn't hurt the bones.
if it is ok, have your doctor inject the area with cortisone to decrease the inflammation.
