hand peeling

my daughter is 6 yrs old and her skin on her hands and feet are peeling and have been for a week or so. could you tell me what this is please

My son had a peeling spot on his hand that I think was caused by a fungus similar to athletes foot.  His fingertips would get empty blisters and peel.  I put white vinegar in a spray bottle and sprayed both his hands and feet every evening before bed.  He didn't like the smell, but his blisters and peeling cleared up.

sounds like she has an allergic reaction.  this can happen with food allergies.
put her on a bland diet and see if the symptoms clear up.
then, slowly introduce regular foods and log what she eats to determine what she may be allergic to.
if she continues to have this, see a dermatologist.  it could be eczema
