is it a corn

i think i have a corn on my foot but its not on the top of my foot its on the bottom. I dont think its a callus because it has a small hole in it and a red ring around the outside of it. it hurts and it has been on my foot for almost 3 months now, and ive tried corn, callus, wart, medicine but it only gets worse. What should i do

get this shaved and evaluated by a podiatrist.  it may be a wart, porokeratoma, or foreign body callus inclusion.  since home remedies aren't helping, seek professional help
