sore feet

My feet do not hurt while walking around. but I have sore feet (the whole bottom of foot) in the morning when I first get out of bed and when I walk a few minutes it goes away. then when I set down for a while watching tv they are fine until I get up and walk they hurt but in a few minutes again it will go away.  Can anyone help with what may be causing this.

you have fascial strain to the feet when you stand.  this can occur when the the tissues are tight and not stretched.
try doing curling exercises with your toes and stretching your calf muscles b/f getting up or out of bed.
