my feet hurt.they feel swollen behind the toes,but are not .they feel like they are asleep, a little numbness maybe,and a little tingly.hurts to walk,but I keep going.

get checked for diabetes.  neuropathy can cause the symptoms you described above.  i would also recommend getting your thyroid and vit B checked.  these deficiencies can also cause numbness.  in the meantime, soak your feet in warm water and apply menthol afterwards to relieve the pain.
