reflux without heartburn

I have bad reflux without heartburn?  I like to know  if you can eat certain things people with acid reflux that get heartburn cant?The difference wich is worse?I have never got heart burn but have acid reflux attacks almost like panic attacks.Red meat feels stuck in my throat so i dont eat it either.

It varies.
Fatty food,  citrus drinks, spicy foods, tomato based products, coffee, tea and cola drinks are said to cause increased reflux.
