23 year old Marine, major problem

I am a 23 year old marine that was in great shape until Last Sept I was when I started getting pretty sick at that time i weighed 185. I went into the Dr and told him that Im pretty much throwing up everything. So they did the barium swallow a couple times and went down my mouth with a scope and they said i have a severe case of reflux and had a 4 cm hiatal hernia. So they did a Nissen Fundoplication and right before they wanted to do it they have me do the gastric empting study and it took my stomach 217 min to digest. So they held of on the surgery for awhile cuz i guess that could be bad if they did the surgery then. But a couple months down the road they want to go through it cuz i tried like 10 dif kinds of meds but none of them worked. So they did the surgery, a 360 degree wrap and fixed the hernia also. The Dr told me I wouldnt really be able to eat normal for about 2 months, so two months go by and eating wasnt getting any easier, so they dialated my stomach to 15cc i think, she says my esophagus was pretty much shut, but that didnt help either and so they ended up dialating my esophagus 5 times all the way up to 22 cc. At that time even water wasnt staying down, after the diatations it would shrink right back up. So now i weigh 130 and it was 5 months after the surgery, then they decide to open me back up and make it a 270 degree wrap. After I woke up she tells me the reason it kept on closing was the after the first surgery was cuz my stomach somehow scared onto my liver, so Im wondering was it her fault or does that just happen, also its been two months after the 2nd surgery and i can still only intake about 50% of things the others get stuck on top of my esophagus and comes back up, and once again they want ot start doing dialations next week. Im getting really depressed cuz it feels like im living in the hospital and nothing is working Im getting really nausous all the time now too. Can someone please help me on what i should do. please

Hi,
Partial wrap ( 270) is better than a complete wrap ( 360). Nowadays complete wrap is hardly done.
You will be able to take tolerate much better than before.

They have already done the 270 dergree wrap and im still having problems getting food down past the esophagus. they are going to do another dialation this week. thank you tho
