ACID REFLUX

I have had GERD for the past 3 or 4 years now. There are times that I can't breathe. I feel choked too sometimes.  I read one of the reader's comment.  She felt the same way too. What can I do about it or how can I prevent it?

  Hi...if u have reflux...many times it can be in part to post nasal drip...so, an ENT may be able to help with meds.

Avoiding foods that trigger the GERD will also help until u get this under control....but u do need to find the root cause in order to know what to treat first.

  Elevate the head of ur bed to have gravity help keep the acids down where they belong.
