Acid Reflux

On 15th of July 2009 I delivered my baby and on last October I did Gallbladder removal , after that I traveled once the plane was about to takeoff my ears get bulged and I couldn’t  swallow and I felt difficulty in breathing  . After few months the difficulty in breathing symptoms came again while was in the airplane, and again when I was on land. I did and an  stomach  endoscope and  it showed  acid reflux and now I am taking Nexium 40 mg (twice a day ) and Motilium 10 mg (3 time a day ) , the symptoms disappear quietly but not at all , now I am planning to travel and to dive but I am worried about both traveling and diving , please advice
