Acid Reflux Daily

I am a 56 yr. old female and I was told by three doctors that I have acid reflux.  The three doctors have given me three different treatments.  I have suffered for over a year now on a nightly basis.  I have even gone to the hospital twice thinking I was having a heart attack.  I haved tried nexium, zantac, prilosec, etc.  I have difficulty swollowing food every time I eat.  When the acid starts, I then go into an anxiety attack.  Should one of the prescribed medications be working.  I have had two scopes done.
