I have the inability to belch; sometimes air/gas feels caught in my esophagus (makes weird noise); dry heaving that sometimes leads to vomiting; very sensitive to liquor/beer and soda (needing to dry heave to release gas/air after not even half a beer). Sometimes it comes in the morning, sometimes after I eat or drink something, and other times just random (like at work before I have eaten).
Anyone ever experience this before and found any success? I have tried medication but it only temporarily works, anyone tried GERD surgery with these symptoms and found relief?
Your issues sound like HPylori Bacteria, most people have this bacteria, that is kept under control by good bacteria in the stomache, for different reasons, sometimes the bad bacteria flourish and cause the symptoms you are having. Another cause would be if you were on antibiotice recently, the antbiotics kills off the good bacteria, then the HPylori that hides out in the intestines, comes to life when the good is not around to keep it at bay. You can try "Probiotics" from a healthfood store "Jarrow Brand" has a good one, take them every day for seven days, if you don't have improvement, you need to see a Gastroenterologist to be tested for H Pylori Bacteria. Good Luck FTB4
