Acid Reflux or thrush?

I am not sure if i have oral thrush or gerd. I have had acid reflux in the past but i never really looked at my throat until now. It seems to be more yellow than white. I am also not sure what that white line near the roof of my mouth is but the white has been there literally for years. I'd say 2-3 years..so i am not as much concerned with that as i am with the yellow/reddish spots on my throat. Where my tonsils previously were are red spots and its a bit sore to swallow so i'm not sure if this is a sickness combination as well. Ive been on antibiotics for 4 days out of 10 but so far nothings changed.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean when you say you have been on antibiotics 4 days out of ten.  Do you mean you aren't taking them as directed?  Usually, Docs want you to take two or three per day, every day until the prescription expires.  In my experience, if you don't take them as prescribed you are just making expensive urine.
I'd talk to your doctor again, and if you haven't been taking the antibiotics as prescribed let him/her know.  It could be quite dangerous not to take them as prescribed.
