Acid Reflux

I have been feeling full whenever I eat, sometimes if I drink water I feel so full. Sometimes I feel a heaviness in my chest and shortness of breath sometimes. Could this be acid reflux,  I have been losing weight as a result of this. Really nervous about this the sad part I have no health insurance, so I have been taking over the counter meds for heartburn but its not helping. I have to eat small meals and nothing spicy. Could this be a bad case of GERD...

Could be u r taking the wrong thing...it is possible that it is not GERD or acid reflux so u should not self medicate. Can u go to a clinic?

Another issue for feeling full could be that u r not eliminating waste properly and that in itself can cause GERD like symptoms.We r not medical professionals here, but there r other possibilities and I would not suggest u try to dx urself or get one on line....we r here to support u what ever u find out, but do go to a clinic.

  Really?...most Hospitals have a clinic attached to them....give them a call and ask...I am sure u will find there is something there.

The reason I said not to self medicate is, low acid can feel just like too much, and if u take meds to get rid of the acid u will feel worse....so it is important that u take what u need, and not what u feel like u need....only testing can tell u.

Have u had the flu recently or been on other meds for nething?
