Acid reflux and Lightheadedness

During the day I will be hit with a feeling of being lightheaded or dizziness.  It seems to come on with indigestion or acid reflux.  Can acid reflux cause these feelings?

I think you should ask this question to your doctor, muskie.  It is not easy to determine the difference  between gastro and heart issues.  I've had both issues, but would think it could be a heart problem more than a gut problem. I'm not a health profressional, so keep that in mind.  Let us know what you find out.

I sometimes feel light headed also,  It especially happens when I'm eating(but not all of the time).  I have GERD but no heart problems
