U would have been better off not drinking the lemonaid....try just water...the lemon is too acidic for u right now....
and until u see a Dr u will want to avoid greasy , acidic, alcoholic bevs, carbonated bevs, spicy foods....and eating 3 to 4 hrs prior to laying down....
Keep a journal of the foods that seem to trigger the symptoms for u as well as how ur day went to see if u can find all ur triggers .....stress is a big one for many of us..and we have to learn how to deal with it and learn to relax...and avoid what makes us feel worse.
