Bad Acid Reflux

For the past week my Acid Reflux has gotten worse. When I went home a month ago went to the ER with bad left side pain and they did and X-Ray and it showed a big gas pocket in the left side also it showed I was constipated, but I go the bathroon 5-6 times a day. So they gave me some liquid stuff to drink to clean me out. Well I was going #2 and it was green. I was still having problems and the dr said to try miralax. Which I am now taking. Since I have been back I have been having horrible acid reflux it feels like food is stuck in my throat. I have been taking Prilosac for the last few days and Zantac, no relief. My heart was checked a couple months back had 2 EKG's and a stress echo. Everything came back fine, but at times like this morning my heart was racing. Also the middle of my back hurts Is that due to the Acid Reflux. I have been under alot of stress latley my mom passed less then a month ago. I also a a colon/endoscope a few months ago that showed mild stomach irratation and mild acid reflux. Do you know of anything else I can take or do to get this under control. Any input would sure be appreciated. Thank you so much

Hey I have about the worse acid reflux AKA GERD that anyone can have.  I have been on every medication over the years and the best one is the one I am on now.  It is about a year old only and it is called Kapadex.  I can eat whatever I want and never get acid reflux as long as I take it.  The doctor says take it at night but I take it right when I wake up as I'm brushing my teeth and it works great.  If it will help me it will help anyone.  I promise, I miss one dose and I am in all the pain you are describing.
