Barretts esophagus and breathalyzer alcohol testing

Does barretts cause skewed results when patient is given a blood alcohol breathalyzer test?

I was stopped by the police department because they saw me come out of a bar.  I only had three drinks (Hennessy).  I think they got angry because I passed their field sobriety test.  The supervisor told one cop to give me a breath test which I flunked miserably (.21).  They arrested me and took me to the station and gave me another breath test.  This time it was .22.  

I am a GERD patient with Hiatal Hernia and Barretts esophogus.  Do you know of any medical research on the subject.  I have seen plenty articles but there are all written by lawyers.
