Beans, Legumes, Smoked Pork

Should I avoid these foods if I have GERD symptoms?

Thank you for the reply.  I realize the pork may be too fatty, but what about smoked foods in general, can they be a problem?

No doubt you should avoid the smoked pork if  it bothers you.  You really shouldn't need to avoid beans or legumes unless they bother you.
