Don't know if this helps, but I found out from my Dr. that blood in your stool can be anything from straining when going, hemorroids , ulcers etc. I have blood in my urine and a past of ulcers and straining so when I asked my Dr. if that could be the cause, he said that ulcers, if they bleed, would not be in your urine, but your stool. My husband gets blood in his stool occasionally and his was due to bursting blood vessels from straining and hemorroids. Either way, it should be checked out because there can be other serious things it could be.
