Breathing discomfort

I hope you have some advice for me. I am 33 and have bile reflux which has been extremely troublesome. In the last six months I have developed discomfort breathing and taking a deep breath. Sometimes I feel like my nose is blocked (although it isnt). I have been checked and tested by doctors who say that my heart and lungs are fine  but I find I am struggling to breathe comfortably on a daily basis. My chest and neck sometimes ache from breathing although I have perfect SATS and oxygen levels. It is worse when I am eating and becomes worse when my reflux is bad. I currently take Nexium (40mg per day) and follow this up with Gaviscon after every meal. My question is, could this breathing issue that I have described be due to reflux and if so, could you recommend treatments that might help with bile reflux in particular? Many thanks
