Burping Vomit

I have had GERD - Acid Reflux for several years. I am a 42 year old female. In the last couple of months I have had several instances where I would burp, but have vomit come up with it. My stomach feels as if it is always full. I have taken Nexium for several years. What should I do? What tests should I asked my doctor about?

Dosage may need to be considered or u may need to change ur meds.I have had this same full feeling and stopped all my meds and it subsided.

I was on several diff meds and my GI dr changed me from a PPI to a HI.

Do u have IBS issues as well?

Have u followed the lifestyle changes to help reduce acid production?

It is possible that u might have several things going on....hiatal hernia....ur ephsopagus may have a slow responding sphincter which allows the acid to reflux as u bend or move.....avoiding dairy products can help with this.

Have u had a colonoscopy?
