CHest pain

good day doc i have this feeling for somethimes now a pain in the middle of my chest that i connot explain , when i went to the hospital they say i have gerd my question is  those gerd always have is a anothier symptom for another sickness i mean coz its feels like ia have diff feeling pain im bck ang my under my left ribs sometime in my back into my jaw ang i feel like im always in dizzy mode like a feel like a little of a have a fever... i hpe you could explain to me all this feeling ang to add more i have this cracking on my left breast bone up to my shoulder i feel to im injure i guess im a little lost thx hope to hear from u guys..

Hi,
It could be due to GERD or heart problem.
24 hours pH monitoring test is confirmatory test for GERD. EKG may be done to rule out heart problems.
