COUGHING SPELL ONSET WHEN GOING OUT INTO THE COLD

HAVE GERD FOR WHICH I AM TAKING PILOSEC OFF AND ON.  IN THE WINTER I GET COUGHING SPELLS WHEN GOING OUT INTO THE COLD.  IN THE SUMMER I START COUGHING WHEN TURNING ON AUTO AIR CONDITIONING. HAS ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCED THIS.  THIS IS VERY ANNOYING AND TIRING.

HI...I am not sure it is related to ur gerd issues, but would try to use a scarf to cover ur mouth to see if by doing so if it helps.

I am not sure but there r some that can be allergic to the cold....see ur dr and ask about this...and please update us here on what u find out.
