CREST or GI Motility (Neurological) Problems-Maybe Both

I do have a gastroenterologist, neurologist and rheumatologist but they don't work together on my case.  I have medication for GI motility.  My fingers do swell but I thought that was due to Raynaud's Syndrome. I didnt'
know it was from CREST. Bummer.  I have a Peg Tube in case I can't swallow. I use it sometimes.  I hate it but have lived with it for about 10 years.

It is possible u have both...my SIL with CREST has not mentioned the motility issues...but, it is also possible that it is a result of the crest and she just does not have that aspect of it....not everyone is affected by the same  or all of the symptoms from conditions they may have...
