California or Nevada Based Location

Is anyone aware whether or not there is either a California or Nevada based location where a surgeon will perform the esophyX procedure as solution to severe acid reflux? I'm coming to the end of my road taking PPIs and risk osteoporosis since it runs in the family. Would appreciate any helpful info. Thanks.
