Can Prevpak cause muscle aches and pains and throat irritation?

I am taking Prevpak for my stomach and acid problems.  Can Prevpak cause muscle aches and pains and throat irritation, I already had swollen vocal cords from the acid backing up.  My joints and muscles seem to be aching in my neck,  but when I turn my head my neck hurts and down my arm and my lower back hurts, arms, knees, but the knee which is hurting the most, I fell on it kind of hard a couple of years back and there is a knot on my knee which hurts when I press it, and there seems to be a little water in it.  Is it possible that the muscle and joint pains are a reaction from the medicines?  Thank you for any advice.

Muscle and joint pains can occur as side effects of one of the three medications present in Prevpac. But these side effects are rare.
