Can't eat/drink anything due to GERD

My mom is 45 and she is suffering with GERD. If she eat or drink anything, it gets struck at the throat. Due to this problem she is getting fits like symptoms ( At this moment she even goes to unconscious state). She has taken endoscope test also. She is also suffering with constipation. main problem is that she is not able to drink water also.

Kindly please suggest me any solution.

What is the endoscopy finding?
Was esophageal manometry done?
Any neurological problem?

Doctor said that she has ulcer in throat line. Mom is taking medicine for 10 days. Recently she is getting irritation, angry and  tension. is this problem with medicine ? she is not getting interest to take food/drink. Tongue also look like reddish.
