Can't keep food or drink down.

I can't keep anything down, not food or liquid.  I'm throwing up about 5-10 minutes after I eat.  It's never been this bad before, usually I would just throw up if I ate too much or too fast.  I was diagnosed about two years ago with gerd, esphogitus(sp?), hiatal hernia and gastroparasis (sp?).  Over the counter medicine is the only ones I have access to at the moment (I can't afford going to the doctor or the hospital)  is there anything I do at home to alleviate this until I can afford to go to my doctor again?
