Chemical Gastritis

Does anyone know how to cure or heal Chemical Gastritis?  I had 5 drinks of pinio grigio and was taking Ativan 0.5 mg am/pm and Mirtazapine, antidepressant 1/2 pill.

I eat and then start to get burning in center of upper abdomen, burning in intestinal area by belly button.  I then start belching and expelling air and I can't help myself and force the burping otherwise I don't feel good.  I then feel the food starting to back up my esophagus and just swallow it back down.  I have pernicious anemia and take b12 shots by injection so I don't have the parietal cells in the stomach and no acid.  After that I started to get from the cent of stomach a sharp pin going to my heart and burning chest.  It feels like you are going to die.  I then started to get shaky hands and feeling chills all over my body.  Since 2006 I've been getting also acute pancreatitus on and off.  I got hurt after having an anterior cervical disk done c3-c4 day after surgery and I felt the glove-like affect in both wrists I knew nerves were compressed and my brain shook.  The doctor told me no restrictions and bending to get on and off the bed during that time messed up the nerves in my spine.  I actually for 1 day felt a snake-like thing loose in the bottom of my spine (just like a live wire that broke off a cable) and it must have attached itself to something because I don't feel it anymore.  But my lumbar is messed up and lower thoracic degeneration, and my neck is messed up.  I keep moving my bowels after every meal and it's very soft.  I get a bad feeling going thru both my arms of not feeling well and it's probably because I'm moving bowels after every meal and my intestinal tract has no time to absorb the food for nutrition.  So it is going right thru me.

My gastro put me on Carafate (Sulcrafate) 3 times a day and antacid of Famatodine-20 mgs twice a day (which I haven't been taking because I'm thinking it's causing me to move my stools).  Today I had no choice the pain in my chest was unbearable.  And when I let out air....it sounds spastic and the smell foul.  I'm so afraid that I may die and not beat this thing this time.

Any suggestions on what might help to heal this thing?

Hi, have you been able to heal your gastritis completely?  If so, how long did it take?  I am in a similar situation and would love to compare notes.  I hope you're better!  Thanks.

I found out my Lipase is 72, slightly elevated.  So my regular doctor said that I have pancreatitis.  I'm on a very bland diet of baked or  boiled chicken, fillet of sole, yam, baked potato, string beans, cereal (gluten-free) and water.  When I eat I can feel burning in the center of my abdomen about 3 or 4 inches above the belly button.  I hear trickling like water in my intestinal tract and moaning inside where the pancreas is.  What is that?  How do I heal the pancreas
