Could this be GERD

I had a baby 4 months ago. Ever since he was 3 weeks old I seem to randomly develop horrible chest pains (a tight, burning feeling) right in the middle between my ribs that turns into a severe backache. It makes it hard to care for my son or get anything done around the house. At first I had no idea what caused it. I have been trying to think of some common factor and I realized that I have had a lot of tomatoes in the past two days. Could this be GERD or some type of food intolerance or allergy?

Hi,
GERD is very much likely.
Take PPI.
If you find relief then your symptoms are due to GERD.
