Digestive Issues

I am 26 years old and was diagnosed with GERD about a year ago.  I take Adderall (adderrall), as well as prilosec on a daily basis to control my acid reflux.  I have noticed, however that in the past year of having been diagnosed with GERD, my heart burn has gone away, but I experience a lot of constipation, mucous in my stool, and trapped gas in my upper abdomen.  I have had an upper GI endoscopy, an abdominal ultrasound, and a barium swallow and all of these procedures have come back with the same result:  Nothing is wrong with my digestive tract.  I am pretty desperate at this point because the bloating, trapped gas and constipation have become so invasive that I battle them on a daily basis.  These symptoms prevent me from experiencing a normal quality of life.  My main question is the following:  does the combination of adderall (adderrall) and GERD medication cause digestive problems such as the ones I'm experiencing?  Or is it just the GERD medication?  I never had these problems when I just took adderall (adderrall).  However, the adderall (adderrall) is partially responsible for having caused the GERD.  Which medication do I need to stop taking to get rid of these horrible symptoms?  Please help

Hi...well too little acid can feel the same as too much....and the Gall Bladder is oftened over looked and can cause issues very similar to what u described.

Please see ur GI dr to investigate this further...ie- GB....and too little acid...have they done the ph test?

I also wonder if u have IBS?
