Dizziness from Losec?

Hi,
I went to my doctor with chest/back of chest pains, and was diagnosed with acid reflux (heart tests all came back fine first). She prescribed Losec (Prilosec) 20mg every day. This drug has helped greatly with my reflux but after taking it for 2 weeks, I started to get really lightheaded/dizzy. I've felt this way for about 2 weeks now. Some days are a bit better, and then it hits pretty bad again and I don't want to move. I read that dizziness is a rare side effect of Losec, however I was fine the first 2 weeks. Could it be the drugs, or should I be looking elsewhere for a cause? I also suffer from anxiety so I know if I go to my doctor, she will likely say it's anxiety-related. I really dont think it is this time. I've been dealing well with the anxiety lately (taking tai chi, working out).

I feel a bit less lightheaded when I eat something sweet (like a few cookies), if that makes any difference.
