Do I have GERD?

Hi i'm 15 years old/male I've been having these pain above my belly and I feel like I have to gas all the time but sometimes I can't let it out most of the time I feel like I have to burp but it won't come up this has been happening for a month already and I haven't had any medical help for other information
I usually have big meals but sometimes I don't have dinner I get hungry in the night and eat cake. I was convinced that I had some stomach disease before but never had real medical help and never had one this long and continuosly please tell me something I need to know than you

It could be peptic ulcer disease. An upper GI endoscopy may be done for evaluation.
