I was told by the nurse practitioner that I may have something call GERD. I keep coughing and it leads to vomitting because I cough so hard its like I can't stop coughing but I have always spit from the time I had my first child and he is 15 years old and Icant sleep at night because of the coughing and inthe day time I am still coughing and have not had any type of antibiotics. My sinus is constanly draining in my mouth and I keep spitting. Can someone please heelp.

Hi,
The cough could be due to postnasal drip secondary to your sinus involvement.
Consult your doctor for evaluation.
