EGD results:Folds in stomach fundus

I have a long history of acid reflux under control with nexium 40 mg twice daily. have had graduak weight loss over 5 years from 180 to 160. has lung ct scan done (lungs OK). It did indicate thickening of stomach walls. Had EGD done Friday. Reults stated "prominent folds in stomach fundus; biopsies were done. waiting on results. What could be the non benign  causes of this? Treatments?

The fundus of the stomach is the left portion of the stomach's body, and is marked off from the remainder of the body by a plane passing horizontally through the cardiac orifice.
As the rounded part of the upper stomach, it allows for an accumulation of gases produced by chemical digestion.
It will also store undigested food for up to 1 hour.

I have no idea what the folds r...sorry.

Please let me know when u find out.
