Esophageal Hernia with dry heave spasms every a.m.

I have been diagnosed with a small esophageal hernia. I have been dry heaving for years. As soon as I move in the morning or even at times in the middle of the night, I wake with a violent case of dry heaves. I'm afraid I am doing permanent damage. The doctors can't figure it out. I feel like I am going to lose it if I have to continue to live this way. This is definitely physical and not in my head. My family is worried sick about me. Any ideas?
I fight the doctors when I am going under for endoscopies. I am too nervous. The doctors just write me off.
I am willing to go to the Mayo Clinic or wherever just to get better. I need help.

If u really want to find out what is wrong, get a montra like...I have to find out what this is...and say it over and over instead of fighting the drs...they need to find out what is causing this in order to help u.
