Fast heart rate, regurgitation, and shakiness?

I am having a hell of a time with some strange symptoms.

I have had an endoscopy and a swallow test and have been told I have GERD, however my swallowing is normal.

I have been getting these crazy flutters in my chest. Recently, I was sent to the ER because after dinner my heart rate went crazy and my blood pressure skyrocketed and I got this crazy headache. After 4 Ekgs, and echocardiogram, and a ton of bloodwork, and blood pressure checks, they determined my heart was fine and put me on something to keep my heart rate from going haywire. I have been on the medicine for about 6 weeks.

Today, after eating, it happened again, minus the blood pressure. I felt the fluttering in my throat and my pulse went haywire. I have had an event monitor and everything, and my doctors keep saying my heart is fine.

If I put enough pressure and try to "belch", it's just pure acid and some food that comes up. If I put my finger down my throat, I feel a strange flap that feels swollen and almost like another tongue.

Side note: I eat really healthy. No fried food, no soda, candy, butter, etc. I eat a lot of vegetables, greens, fruits, lean dairy and protein, no red meat, etc. low sodium, low saturated fats, and I have since I was 18. I'm inclined to believe this isn't cardiac related, but I'm lost at this point.

I get terrible pain that radiates from my chest down my sides, arms, and up my neck. My headaches are unbearable. And this fluttering throat thing is driving me nuts.

Can someone please help shed some light? My doctors have been of no help and this has been going on for years. I have anxiety, and this simply ISNT anxiety. I'm so tired of living like this.

They have checked my thyroid. Negative. I recently went to the hospital and had a positive Murphy test, but the ultrasound was negative for my gallbladder. Tonight, the pain is unbearable - the only thing relieving the pain is continuously forcing myself to vomit - and it's just pure acid. My doctor advised me to take Pepcid Complete - I am hoping this helps tonight. The pain is unreal.

Have the medical folks checked your thyroid?

May I ask...did they check for a hiatal hernia or impingement of the vagus nerve?
