Food problems

I have big problems at breakfast time.i have toast for my breakfast and it has been making my acid relux bad,can you suggest an altenative cheap option for me.i cant have cereal as i am on medication for my acne and i have to wait two hours to have milk.

What are you putting on the toast?  Could it be the butter?  Maybe something like cinammon toast?  Just a thought  or dry cereal .. there are many out there which don't taste too bad .. or a breakfast cereal bar although those are more pricey,

U certain it isn't the acne med causing the reflux to flare on its own with or without the toast?

I take thyroid meds and have to wait an hour to eat any food at all ... so am familiar with what you are asking.

Also, can you use Rice Milk ?  I'd ask your Dr. about that as an alternative if that is allowed or will that impede absorption?
