G-tube

my 18 month old has a tube in his stomach from haveing a nissen surgery but now they are talking about taking the tube out even though he cant burp or vomit. I dont know what will happen after because even with the tube he gags from so much air in his stomach and when ask the question they dont give me a straight answers. Does anybody know what happens when he does have the tube removed from his stomach and he cant burt or vomit?

I am so sorry ur son is going thru this and urself it must be frustrating.

Unfortunatly I am not familiar with this issue...if I can find info I will pass it on to u....hopefully another member that does have info on this.
