GERD/Acid Reflux

Hi, I'm a teen and I have acid reflux. Recently, i've been having some weird gag reflex, where I always feel like i'm about to gag (i do sometimes) and I take chloroseptic lozenges to help numb and calm it. It doesn't really work that well. I have emetophobia, so I am afraid I may throw up, so I don't eat much (only when it feels a bit better). It's worse when I wake up and when I go to sleep. Are there any medications I can take to make this go away? Does it go away?

Hi, since u r a teen, I can only say please speak to ur parents about ur emetophobia.....u really need to address this b4 u can resolve ne thing else.

U and ur parents can find u a GI dr and get u the proper meds , the chloroseptic lozenges may not be the best thing for the issues u describe.

Please talk to ur parents about all this and tell them everything u said here.
