GERD???? Chest Pain

I have been having problems since Jan. 2009. Issues are PVC's, Tachy and Chest Pressure (in center of chest).  I have had an EKG, NM Stress, echo and Cardiac PET scan, all of which are normal (I am a 41 year old overweight female).  I have been advised "there is nothing wrong with my heart".  GREAT!!! I continue to have chest pressure and PVC's, I have been placed on Atenolol which has been increased to 50 mg QAM and 25 QHS, I have been placed on zantac 150 mg BID and nexium 40 mg BID (have been on Nexium for about 10 days).  PVC's are almost totally gone but the chest pressure is there daily from approx. 11:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. The only relief that I get from the chest pressure is to lie on my stomach (weird right).  When my doc put me on nexium I felt great for about 4 days, the pressure came back and is still with me today.  If figure if something was "serious" I would have died by now, this is simply annoying, I compare it to a toothache that wont go away. I have tried, acetominophen, NSAID and motrin (no relief).  I have been thru Internists, Cardiologist and Chiropractor. Nothing yet.  If this is GERD why am I still having pain???? HELP!!
