GERD with high SGPT

Hi, I would like to know how to lower down my SGPT and what alternative medicine are good for this kind of problem? is Anti-hepatitis vaccine will help me?

SGPT/ALT Result:

Test:          Result:   Unit:   Normal Range:
SGPT/ALT  182        U/L    30 - 65

I've been diagnose of having GERD.

I received also a result of ultrasound

Result:
mild fatty infiltration of the liver hepatic cyst, left lobe.

I'm scarred!!! please help me.
I'm 26 year old and I still have lots of dreams and plan.... What do I need to do?

Since we r like u, not medical professionals, u ask a very diff question.U may want to ask that in the expert forum for gastrointestional issues.

I am not informed on liver enzimes...or what to take to lower tham or even what is an optimal level to be at.
