Ginger Tea will help your symptoms

Hi all, if you're like me and have been living with GERD, you know all too well that it causes many other complications including chronic sinusitis. I've found Ginger Tea helps with my symptoms and you can view my recipe @ http://www.sweetreliefblog.com

My blog is about nutrition, fitness, food, and life in general. As a fellow GERD sufferer (of 11 years), others who have this condition can benefit from reading what I have to say.

Hi...I also swear by ginger tea....and am happy with prepackaged tea bags by Lipton...it is excellent and it helps.
